Both have set eyes on the Paris 2024 Olympics scheduled for later this year and they will seek to bag individual gold medals, a great milestone in their careers.

Meanwhile, both Richardson and Jackson have been nominated for the Laureus Sportswoman of the year award, a morale booster ahead of the busy season.

Other top athletes confirmed for the event include World Indoor 60m champion Christian Coleman and Twanisha Terry, both Richardson’s compatriots.
