Super Eagles and Chippa United goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has cleared the air on exit rumours after his sensational AFCON 2023.

After an impressive AFCON 2023 showing for the Super Eagles of Nigeria, goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali was expected to attract offers from Europe's top clubs.

Those performances saw his South African club side Chippa United reportedly slap a 2 Billion Naira price tag on him in the hopes of making one big payday from the 27-year-old. However, nothing has materialised to date.

Now, after returning to Chippa United, Nwabali has revealed there are no offers on the table.

"I only see offers online," he told journalists at the Nedbank Cup last-16 draw in Randburg.

"To be honest, some of my friends send me screenshots of potential offers but I haven't seen any offers yet.

"When I see these rumours, I wish they can all come to pass, but for now, there are no offers."

Whether teams in Europe and the Middle East turn to the Nigerian shot-stopper in the summer transfer window remains to be seen.
