The Bavarians secured the league title last weekend and celebrated with their supporters following a 2-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday, their final home game of the season.
The Englishman scored the opening goal, his 25th in the Bundesliga and 37th in all competitions this season, before Michael Olise added the second goal late in the match.
