Former Harambee Stars captain Victor Wanyama has disclosed why he is yet to agree new terms with Scottish club Dunfermline Athletic.
Kenyan midfielder Victor Wanyama has commented about his future at Scottish second tier club Dunfermline Athletic.
Wanyama is yet to agree fresh terms after the club revealed last month that talks are underway with the former Harambee Stars captain, who signed a contract until the end of the 2024-25 season, when he joined as a free agent in March.
The 33-year-old played four matches as Dunfermline Athletic escaped relegation following a seventh-place finish in the 10-team league but the club is highly ambitious and looking to earn direct promotion to the Scottish Premiership next season.
