The Argentine star reportedly wants to sell his house just a year after buying it.
Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho has stirred fresh speculation over his future after reportedly putting his £3.85 million Greater Manchester mansion on the market.
According to The Sun via Daily Mail, the 20-year-old Argentine, tipped by many to be Marcus Rashford’s long-term successor, “discreetly” listed the seven-bedroom Bowdon property on March 28, with only a single image available online, suggesting a low-key sale.
The timing has inevitably raised eyebrows over his future.

As per the report, Garnacho had bought the lavish home for £3.804 million in April 2024 and moved in with his partner Eva Garcia and their young son Enzo.
However, 12 months later, and the house is back on the market, albeit in a very hush-hush manner.

The Sun revealed sources close to Garnacho have downplayed any plans to leave Old Trafford, insisting that the sale is purely a lifestyle decision.

“He bought the house last summer when his family and brother were living in England full-time,” the insider explained.
“They’ve since returned to Spain, and he and Eva are now looking for a smaller place.”*

5 reasons Alejandro Garnacho might not have a long term future at Man United
Alejandro Garnacho's days at Old Trafford under Ruben Amorim look numbered following his display against Nottingham Forest.
Garnacho’s United struggles amid transfer speculation

Garnacho, who joined United as a 16-year-old in 2020, remains one of the most exciting yet frustrating young talents at the club.
The Albiceleste star has been widely tipped to succeed Marcus Rashford at Old Trafford, should the England star opt for a permanent move away from United amid his sensational loan spell at Aston Villa.
Man United coach Ruben Amorim has shifted the squad into a 3-4-3 system, forcing Garnacho into a new role — operating as one of the two No10s behind a central striker — far from his preferred winger position.
Following United’s 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest, where Garnacho squandered several key chances, fans voiced their frustration online over his lack of end product.
)
Speaking after the match, Amorim defended the youngster:
“I think he is doing the right things,” the Portuguese said.
“Like any player in our team, he has to choose better, especially in the last third. I see him as a young kid who wants to improve, is improving but is not in a great moment in that department, like the other guys on the team.”

Back in January, Tottenham, Chelsea, and Napoli were all rumoured to be interested in the services of the Argentine forward.
While no deal materialised then, Garnacho’s summer could look very different, should his struggles continue.
