Tusker FC and Bidco United will have to wait a little longer to get back into league action after their clash was postponed indefinitely in what was a second time in three days

Tusker FC will not be in action on Tuesday as earlier planned after their FKF Premier League match against Bidco United was postponed.

It is believed a lack of match venue has necessitated the indefinite postponement of the fixture which would have seen Tusker go in search of a second straight league win.

The match was initially set to take place on Saturday at the Kasarani Annex but was pushed to Tuesday before the latest cancellation.

“Our away match against Bidco United, which had earlier on been pushed to tomorrow [Tuesday] has once again been postponed. A new date for the match will be communicated,” Tusker posted on social media on Monday.

Nairobi City Stars and Kariobangi Sharks played at the Annex on Saturday but it is still not clear why the match between Bidco United and Tusker has not been cleared to take place.

Tusker were looking to build on their 3-1 win over Nairobi City Stars just before the international break which had ended a run of two straight defeats while Bidco were out to return to winning ways, having lost 3-0 to KCB.

Now, the two sides will have to wait a little longer before getting back to action with Bidco set for a tough away trip to Kakamega Homeboyz on Saturday while Tusker takes on struggling AFC Leopards the same day.

Robert Matano’s Brewers are 11th on the table with 14 points from 11 games while Bidco occupies eighth position having accumulated three points more.
