Jamaican track legend Usain Bolt has been facing backlash from his coach since he retired, as he constantly reminds him to take a cue from his compatriot Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce.
Bolt retired in 2017 after the World Championships in London, where he won a 100m bronze medal - his last medal and the first time he got beaten at a major championship since the 4×100m relay of the 2007 World Athletics Championships.

Surprisingly, his coach Glen Mills often tells him he retired too early and should have continued running like Fraser-Pryce, who took a break from the sport to become a mother at age 31 (the same age Bolt retired) and made a better comeback.

Despite expectations of her retiring when she became a mother, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce proved her doubters wrong with her best career years after having her son Zyon.
"When I watch the girls compete like Shelly-Ann, I still get nervous. And my coach always says if Shelly-Ann could be doing this, then you could be, so I always laugh about that," said Bolt in an exclusive interview with Athletics Weekly.

The 37-year-old further stated that he misses the crowd and the adrenaline that comes with being at the stadium.
"It's the crowd. The first entry into the stadium, they see you and scream. That first trial when you set your blocks, the energy picks up. So for me, It's just the adrenaline and the vibes, the energy. So that's something that I miss."
