Ferdinand Omanyala feels he knows what he needs to work on for an improved performance at Rome Diamond League on Friday after third place at Kip Keino Classic.
Africa’s fastest man Ferdinand Omanyala is looking forward to the Rome Diamond League where he hopes for an improved performance.
Omanyala is off from a third place finish at Kip Keino Classic last weekend, where he clocked 10.07 seconds, behind Australian Lachlan Kennedy, who won the race in 9.98 seconds, and South African Bayanda Walaza, who timed 10.03 seconds for second place.
That is perhaps not what many fans expected and Omanyala knows hopes were high on him in his home meet but is not overly disappointed while looking to make amends in Rome where he is up against a stellar cast that includes Americans Trayvon Bromell and Fred Kerley.
