Mary Moraa's chief rival is making global moves as she is among nine athletes set to be featured in a Channel 4 documentary ahead of the Olympic Games in Paris, France.
Mary Moraa’s closest challenger Keely Hodgkinson will be featured in a Channel 4 documentary that will follow her and eight other Great Britain athletes as they gear up for the Olympic Games in Paris, France.
Hodgkinson, who is yet to start her 2024 season expressed her excitement following the move as she noted that track and field fans will get the chance to see what happens behind the scenes.
She explained that getting a chance to compete at the Olympic Games is such an honour but people never get to see the sacrifice it takes to get to that stage.

Triple World champion Noah Lyles believes Botswanan track star Letsile Tebogo still has some work to do if he has to be a force to reckon with in the 100m.

“Getting to compete at an Olympic Games and representing your country is such a special feeling, but people watching from their TVs at home never see what it takes to reach the start line.
“National Lottery players have transformed Athletics and Para-Athletics in the UK but you don’t often see how that investment powers us to win.
“You don’t see the hours in the gym, the time spent with physiotherapists, nutritionists, strength and conditioning, and our coaches working through our training plans. None of this would be possible without that investment,” she said as per Athletics Weekly.
The two-time World 800m silver noted that being part of the documentary will give her fans the behind-the-scenes of what happens in her life including the challenges.
“I love my sport and I want to let people see what goes into those few minutes on the track in front of the world,” she added.
Meanwhile, two fly-on-the-wall documentaries, in partnership with The National Lottery, will provide a unique insight into the journey these athletes take and the sacrifices they make to be able to compete for Olympic or Paralympic gold.
