Eliud Kipchoge's management, the NN Running team, has unveiled their new running kits for the 2024 season and explained the history behind the design.
Eliud Kipchoge’s management, the NN Running team, has unveiled their new racing kits ahead of a busy 2024 season.
Announcing on their social media handles, the NN Running team noted that the design of the kits is centered around the leaf of the Acacia tree.

“The design is centered around the leaf of the Acacia tree. Paying homage to our deep connection with the African landscape in which we run countless of hours preparing to shine on the world stage,” the post read.
The running vests are a mixture of white with orange colored acacia leaves while the shorts are purely orange. The vests are branded NN on one side with the Nike logo on the other side.
Meanwhile, the shorts have also been branded, but with the INEOS logo on one side and the Nike logo on the other side.
Five-time Berlin Marathon champion Kipchoge might just be the first athlete from the management to run with the new kit at the upcoming Tokyo Marathon on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Kipchoge will be opening his season in the streets of Tokyo where he has won before, during the 2022 edition of the event.
The four-time London Marathon champion also won his second Olympic marathon title during the delayed 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
