National Super League side Migori Youth FC's commitment to local schools in Naynza region continues.

National Super League side Migori Youth FC has once again demonstrated their commitment to nurturing young football talent and supporting education as they paid a visit to Agoro Sare High School in Homa Bay County. 

During their visit on Sunday, the club generously donated football kits to the school's football team, who will be competing in the highly anticipated Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSA) finals in Kakamega this month.

In a heartwarming gesture, Migori Youth expressed their dedication to working with various schools in the region to provide a conducive environment for both academic excellence and talent development among aspiring footballers.

"Through our partnerships with various schools, we have endeavored to provide a conducive environment for both quality education and talent development to aspiring footballers. We wish Agoro Sare High School all the best as they represent the Nyanza Region,” the club said in a statement.

 In a nail-biting final, they managed to edge out Kisumu Day High School 7-6 through post-match penalties after a goalless draw at full time. 

The match took place at Maranda High School grounds on July 26, leaving the Agoro Sare team in high spirits as they head to the national finals.

Migori Youth has built a reputation for its unwavering support to young talents, partnering with several schools in the region over the years.

Some of the notable schools they have collaborated with include St. Peter’s Mumias, St. Antony High School, Kitale Chebuyusi High, Masara High School, and Chesamis Boys.

 Their continuous efforts in nurturing talent have produced impressive results, with several graduates making significant strides in their football careers.

Among the notable graduates from Migori Youth is Tobias Otieno, who made his mark in the football world by joining the prestigious Gor Mahia. 

The club has also contributed to the success stories of players like Clinton Okoth, Antony Abwao, and Enoch Agwanda, among many others. 

These young players have not only excelled on the field but have also become inspiring role models for aspiring footballers in the region.
