With Nigeria's presidential and national legislative elections over, the Golden Eaglets have resumed now their training sessions, according to BSN Sports.

The preparatory sessions which started in January had to be put on pause to enable members of the coaching staff to go on a break and join in the national polls held on February 25.

With the team now returning from the break, Coach Nduka Ugbade and his assistants will continue their drilling of the Eaglets to be in top shape ahead of the U-17 AFCON.

Should the Golden Eaglets finish as one of the top four teams in Algeria, they will get the chance to fly Nigeria's flag in Peru.
