Oduor, who returned to the side after leaving for KCB in 2020, said that their youthful nature is a hindrance considering their lack of league experience, with most of the players making their Premier League debut this season.
“We are a very youthful side which is a challenge,” Oduor told Pulse Sports. “ We are six games in and we have players who have only amassed six games of Premier League experience under their belt as well,” he added.
“Sometimes, they are playing against players who have amassed over 300 games under their belt so you can see the difference.

Oduor, who took charge of Nzoia Sugar before the start of the season, has revealed what led to them losing to Posta.
“There are some mistakes that a guy with just six games under his belt will make and those are the things we are working on to see if they can be hidden and if the side can develop a strength to play as a team.
The Sugar Millers currently sit in 15th place on the league table, having collected five points from six matches this season.

The former Harambee Stars assistant coach started laying foundations to change the style of play last season.
They drew 1-1 consecutive times with Muhoroni Youth and Bidco United, before narrowly losing 2-1 and 1-0 to City Stars and Murang’a Seal respectively.
In their last match, Nzoia gave Posta a good fight, being resistant for a large part of 70 minutes before Kennedy Ochino’s bullet header broke the deadlock for the Mailmen and Brian Otieno put the game to bed when he turned over possession as Nzoia were attempting to build play from the back.
