The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will take place from June 14 to July 13 across 12 stadiums in 11 US cities and this article details all you need to know ahead of the event.

The FIFA Club World Cup takes place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, and will run until the final in New Jersey on Sunday, July 13.

The US-based tournament will be held in 11 cities, with 12 stadiums being set aside to host the prestigious event. Five of the stadiums used to host the FIFA Club World Cup will also host 2026 FIFA World Cup matches.

All six of FIFA's confederations will be represented, with 12 clubs from UEFA (Europe), six from CONMEBOL (South America), five from Concacaf (North America), four from AFC (Asia), four from CAF (Africa) and one from OFC (Oceania).

The Mercedes-Benz stadium is located in Atlanta, Georgia and can host up to 75,000 people. It was built in 2017 and will host six matches, including two round of 16 matches and a quarterfinal.

The first match will be Chelsea going up against LAFC on June 16, before Inter Miami take on Porto on June 19. The Manchester City vs Al Ain match will also be held at the venue before the first Round of 16 match.

Aside from the FIFA Club World Cup being staged there, eight FIFA World Cup 2026 fixtures will take place in Atlanta. These include a semifinal and two knockout matches.

The Mercedes-Benz stadium hosts the professional NFL team, the Atlanta Falcons, ice hockey and music concerts.

2) Bank of America Stadium

The Bank of America stadium, built in 1996, is located in Charlotte, North Carolina and can also host up to 75,000 people.

The stadium will host four matches, with the first being Real Madrid taking on Pachuca and also the Benfica vs Bayern Munich fixture. It will also host two knockout stage matches.

The stadium is one of the largest football venues on the East Coast of the United States, and it has hosted the MLS club Charlotte FC since 2022. It is also the home to the NFL team Carolina Panthers.

3) TQL Stadium

The TQL Stadium, founded in 2021, is located in Cincinnati, Ohio and can host up to 26,000 people. The stadium will host four matches, including Bayern Munich vs Auckland City, Pachuca vs Salzburg, Mamelodi Sundowns vs Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Dortmund vs Ulsan.

The stadium is the home of MLS side FC Cincinnati and has the third-smallest seating capacity of the 12 Club World Cup venues.

This is not the first time the stadium has hosted a series of international matches, since it also hosted the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

4) Rose Bowl Stadium

Located in Los Angeles, California, the Rose Bowl Stadium has a capacity of 88,500 and was built in 1922. The stadium will host six matches: PSG vs Atletico Madrid, Monterrey vs Inter Milan, PSG vs Botafogo, River Plate vs Monterrey, Atletico Madrid vs Botafogo and Urawa Red Diamonds vs Monterrey.

The Rose Bowl Stadium is the biggest and oldest ground at the Club World Cup, and is famously known as a college American football venue.

The venue also hosted the 1994 FIFA World Cup final, the 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup final, and the 1984 Olympic gold medal match. The venue hosts the Los Angeles Dodgers, the NBA’s iconic LA Lakers and the LA Galaxy.

5) Hard Rock Stadium

The Hard Rock Stadium is located in Miami, Florida and has a capacity of 65,000. It was constructed in 1987 and will host eight matches.

The first match will be Ah Ahly vs Inter Miami, followed by Boca Juniors vs Benfica and later Real Madrid vs Al Hilal. Bayern Munich vs Boca Juniors, Inter Miami vs Palmeiras, Mamelodi Sundowns vs Fluminense and two knockout stage matches will also be held at the Hard Rock Stadium.

The Hard Rock Stadium remains one of the most prestigious as it has hosted the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, the Formula One Miami Grand Prix, and the Miami Open tennis tournament.

The venue has also hosted six Super Bowls and is also among the venues for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The Hard Rock Stadium will also host the opening fixture of the Club World Cup on June 14.

6) GEODIS Park

The GEODIS Park is located in Nashville, Tennessee and was built in 2022. It has a capacity of 30,000 and will host three matches, including LAFC vs Esperance, Auckland City vs Boca Juniors and Al Hilal vs Pachuca.

Despite its smaller capacity, the GEODIS Park is the largest football-specific stadium in the US and Canada. It is home to MLS side Nashville SC and has also hosted several matches of the US men’s and women’s football teams.

7) MetLife Stadium

Located in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the MetLife Stadium has a capacity of 82,500 and was built in 2010. It will host nine matches, including Palmeiras vs Porto, Fluminense vs Borussia Dortmund, Palmeiras vs Al Ahly, Fluminense vs Ulsan HD, Porto vs Al Ahly, the quarterfinal, the two semifinal matches and the final.

The MetLife Stadium is home to the NFL’s New York Giants and New York Jets, and has been selected to host the Club World Cup final.

The venue hosted the 2016 Copa America Centenario final, and it will also host the 2026 FIFA World Cup final.

8) Camping World Stadium

The Camping World Stadium is located in Orlando, Florida and hosts 65,000. The stadium was built in 1936 and will host four matches, including the LAFC vs Flamengo, Juventus vs Manchester City, the Round of 16 and one Quarterfinal.

Since its construction in 1936, the stadium has undergone multiple expansions and renovations. The latest renovation was in 2014.

9) Inter&Co Stadium

Inter&Co Stadium is located in Orlando, Florida and has a capacity of 25,000. It was built in 2017 and will host only two matches, Ulsan HD vs Mamelodi Sundowns and Benfica vs Auckland City.

It is the home for MLS outfit Orlando City and NWSL’s Orlando Pride. The venue also hosted the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games Opening Ceremony.

10) Lincoln Financial Field

The Lincoln Financial Field was built in 2003 and is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The stadium has a capacity of 69,000 and will host eight matches, including Flamengo vs Esperance, Manchester City vs Wydad, Flamengo vs Chelsea and Juventus vs Wydad, among others.

The stadium is home to the Philadelphia Eagles, and has been selected to also host the FIFA World Cup next year.

11) Lumen Field

The Lumen Field is located in Seattle, Washington State and has a capacity of 69,000. It was built in 2002 and will host six matches, including Botafogo vs Seattle Sounders, River Plate vs Urawa Red Diamonds, Seattle Sounders vs Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan vs Urawa Red Diamonds among other fixtures.

It is home to the Seattle Sounders, the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks and the NWSL’s Seattle Reign. The Lumen Field is also a venue for next year’s FIFA World Cup and will host six matches.

12) Audi Field

The Audi Field is located in Washington, DC and has a capacity of 20,000. The stadium was built in 2018 and will host three matches: Al Ain vs Juventus, Salzburg vs Al Hilal and Wydad vs Al Ain.

It is the home of the Washington Spirit in the NWSL and DC United. The US men’s and women’s national teams have also played matches there, as well as Arsenal’s men’s and women’s teams. Audi Field is also a frequently used venue for American football, rugby and lacrosse games.
