Bryan Mbeumo's big-money transfer to Manchester United is not just set to benefit his ex-side Brentford but also a little-known French club.
Mbeumo signed for United in a deal worth £65 million (€75m) plus £6 million in add-ons, taking it to £71 million (€81 million) after more than a month of negotiations between the two Premier League clubs.
That has made the Cameroon forward the most expensive African to ever sign for United and the second most expensive player of all time from the continent.
