Aldrine Kibet has shared an inspirational message as he moves closer to completing a major step in his football journey.
Aldrine Kibet has spoken for the first time following confirmation of his move to Spanish La Liga club Celta Vigo, where Harambee Stars coach Benni McCarthy also played.
Benni McCarthy joined the Spanish club in 1999 after playing for Ajax Amsterdam and played for Celta Vigo for two seasons.
Multiple reports have pointed out that Aldrine Kibet has joined the La Liga side in a deal worth €6 million (Ksh 864 million). The 18-year-old midfielder's move from Nastic Sports Academy to the top tier of Spanish football has been met with widespread celebration in Kenya.
