Following his unceremonious exit from the men's 100m Olympic team, Christian Coleman walked out of an interview after being asked a question concerning triple world champion Noah Lyles.

World indoor silver medallist Christian Coleman has walked out of an interview when asked about triple world champion.

Coleman was seeking a ticket to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in the men’s 100m at the US Olympic trials but unfortunately missed out after a fourth-place finish.

Lyles took the top prize, equaling his personal best time of 9.83 as Kenny Bednarek and Fred Kerley finished second and third in respective times of 9.87 and 9.88.

In a post-race interview, Coleman was asked about Lyles and he was forced to walk out of the interview before the interviewer even finished speaking.

Meanwhile, after the disappointing exit in the men’s 100m race, Coleman has a chance to redeem himself in the men’s 200m. He also has a chance to qualify for the men’s 4x100m relay team following his fourth-place finish.
