The 23-year-old added that she did not struggle running the 200m in Florida, and is looking forward to executing upcoming races like that.

“Especially based on what my coach and I have been working on, he did say I would be somewhere around there. However, I’m super grateful to be healthy and looking forward to what the season holds,” Julien Alfred revealed.
“I did actually, I really did, I finished stronger and did not break down as much as I did before. I definitely feel the benefits of those longer runs.
“We still like Texas, and that’s the environment that I wanted to grow up but we are really grateful to still train with the youngsters. I think I’ll be going to Europe sometime in May, God willing.”
With her confidence soaring and fitness on point, Julien Alfred now sets her sights on Europe, eager to extend her winning form and build momentum ahead of the 2025 World Championships in Tokyo, Japan.
