VIDEO: Scare in Nigeria's camp as Super Eagles players are trapped in an elevator
Some Nigeria Super Eagles players received a scare following an incident in an elevator in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
The Super Eagles have reassembled for the final round of matches in the Total Energies AFCONQ2023.
Nigeria will be looking to qualifiers on a high when they take on Sao Tome and Principe this weekend.

The first encounter between the Super Eagles and the Falcons and True Parrots ended in a demolition for the West African giants.
Led by Victor Osimhen, the Eagles thrashed the Falcons 10-0 in a one-sided affair in Agadir, Morocco, en route to picking a ticket to the tournament slated for Cote d’Ivoire next year.
Ahead of the second leg and final round of games, the Eagles have opened landed in Uyo to step up preparation for the game on Sunday.
Super Eagles receive a scare
With the team settled and looking relaxed, a video has made its way to social media showing the players stuck in an elevator.
As per the video, posted on Instagram, some of the players were seen trying to force open the elevator.
While some people could be heard laughing at the incident, it was clear to see that some of the players looked scared by the ordeal.
Southampton midfielder, Joe Aribo, was pictured doing a sign of the cross after the players were able to find their way out.
