Latest update: Galatasaray finally match Napoli ask for Osimhen in latest bid
Galatasaray have reportedly sent a fresh offer for Victor Osimhen worth the exact amount Napoli wants, mere hours after Partenopei rejected their €70 million bid.
The initial rejection
As Pulse Sports reported, Napoli insisted on having bank guarantees if they were to accept Galatasaray's offer of paying the transfer fee in instalments.
They secured the bank guarantees today and then sent a bid worth €70 million. However, the Serie A champions remained adamant that the €75 million figure had to be reached and, hence, rejected the bid, despite the number being only €5 million short of their ask.
Napoli receive new bid
