Super Eagles legend Peter Osaze Odemwingie has revealed his choice in the never-ending GOAT debate between Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have dominated the world of football for over 15 years, and the debate about which of the two is greater, continues to rage on.

Numerous footballers, coaches, and fans have weighed in on the debate, and now, ex-Super Eagles star Osaze Odemwingie has chimed in.

Odemwingie picks Messi over Ronaldo

Odemwingie, speaking on Instagram Live, confessed that he had sidestepped the question before but has now made a clear choice in favor of Messi.

"Ronaldo or Messi? Two days ago, I made a choice to stick with Messi. So, that answer, I always avoided, but now I say Messi," he affirmed.

Messi recently secured a record-extending eighth Ballon d'Or after an outstanding performance at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, where he played a crucial role in Argentina's triumph.
