Bayer Leverkusen defender Piero Hincapié has reportedly agreed to personal terms with Arsenal and is now waiting for the two clubs to finalize the transfer details.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the London club is preparing a loan offer for the Ecuadorian international, which includes a mandatory purchase option. Hincapié's contract with Bayer includes a release clause of €60 million.

Should the deal go through, Arsenal would land a second blow on their major city rivals, Tottenham, who were also keen on signing Hincapié. A similar situation unfolded just days ago with Eberechi Eze.

Meanwhile, Arsenal has received an official offer from Porto for Jakub Kiwior. The bid, valued at over €25 million, is structured as a loan with a mandatory purchase option.
