AFC Leopards Coach Identifies One Key Issue Holding Them Back as He Calls for Patience from Fans
AFC Leopards coach Fred Ambani has opened up over the problems affecting his team which is yet to record a win in the league this season.
Leopards have started the season with three straight draws in the FKF Premier League, 1-1 with Sofapaka, 2-2 with Posta Rangers and played out a goalless draw with Bandari on Wednesday which saw fans turn on him.
That result left a bitter taste in the mouth for fans and they reacted angrily by laying siege at the team bus to give Ambani and his charges a piece of their minds.

The Leopards coach accepts the results have been unpalatable but is keeping positive that it is just a matter of time before the first win arrives.
Ambani Picks Positives from Opening Three Matches
“Against Bandari, we tried to play a different kind of formation in the first half, one that we had never played before and it never worked out,” Ambani told Telecomasia.
“We went back to our style in the second half and we had some really good moments which we hope to build on. I know the fans are impatient and rightly so because they want results. However, I want to ask them to remain patient because I am confident we will make things work.”
While he searches for a winning formula, Ambani already knows what his team’s main problem is and hopes they can finally get it right and put the bad spell behind them.
“We just need to keep building the momentum and chemistry and eventually things will fall into place. The biggest challenge is we are not scoring goals and we are working to improve offensively,” he added.
Leopards will look to win their first match when they take on KCB and Shabana in their next matches.
