The forward has fallen down the pecking order at the London club and is expected to leave in the summer.

Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic is reportedly close to a move to Serie A side AC Milan.

The 24-year-old has become surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge and wants to salvage his career by making a £20 million move from the Premier League to Serie A.

He became the most expensive player from North America when he moved to Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund in a £57.6 million move in 2019. He scored 26 goals for the Blues in 145 games and was also part of the squad that won the UEFA Champions League final in 2021 against Manchester City under Thomas Tuchel.

Should he complete the move to AC Milan, he will link up with Ruben Loftus-Cheek, his former teammate at Stamford Bridge.

While the USMNT forward is expected to make the summer move, Moises Caicedo suggested he is open to signing for Chelsea. The Equadorian has been massively linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, and his recent comment all but confirmed he is ready to complete the deal.

"It's a big team, that's true," Caicedo told TC Deportes' journalist Maria Jose Flores, as quoted by Sky Sports. "A very historic team that I can't say no [to joining] because it's a very big, historic, beautiful team.

"The city as well is beautiful. It's got everything beautiful."

Arsenal had two bids rejected by Brighton in January before the midfielder went on to sign an extended deal with the Seagulls when Chelsea were also interested.

He is expected to be part of Brighton's pre-season squad when Chelsea and their Premier League rivals are expected to meet in the USA Summer Series on July 22 in Philadelphia.
