South African star Percy Tau’s future at Qatar SC looks uncertain following an underwhelming short spell but there are plenty of options to choose from if he leaves the Doha-based club.
South African forward Percy Tau is facing the prospect of leaving Qatar SC after less than six months following a less impressive stint at the club.
Tau signed a six-month deal with Qatar SC from Egyptian giants Al Ahly in January 2025, with the option to extend for two more years, but only if he impressed in his initial short spell.
However, after the season concluded last weekend, Qatar SC just escaped relegation, but the Bafana Bafana forward did not score a goal in nine league matches, with four assists to his name.
