Manchester United are ready to sell every player at the club to raise cash following their poor season that has left them in financial ruin.

Manchester United are open to selling every player to raise cash following their embarrassing season that ended with Europa League final defeat.

United lost 1-0 to Tottenham in the final on Wednesday night which ended their season in ruins with a 16th place in the Premier League meaning there is no European football next season.

The Red Devils were hoping that Champions League qualification would generate up to £100 million, boosting their coffers for next season but they are now staring at more losses.

Now the club are looking at ways of raising cash and the only way is to sell some of their prize assets to offset the losses and also have a kitty to give coach Ruben Amorim the squad he desires.

According to The Sun, no United player is untouchable as sales are needed to raise the necessary funds, meaning key players like Bruno Fernandes, Casemiro, Kobbie Mainoo, Luke Shaw, Harry Maguire, Andre Onana and Alejandro Garnacho are likely to be sold if offers come in.

Fernandes Offered to Be The First One Out

Fernandes offered to be the first one out the door if that would help solve the club’s problems following the Europa League loss.

"I have always been honest. I've always said I will be here until the club says to me that it's time to go. I'm eager to do more, to be able to bring the club the great days,” he said.

"In the day that the club thinks that I'm too much or it's time to part ways, football is like this, you never know it. But I've always said it and I keep my word in the same way.

"If the club thinks it's time to part ways because they want to do some cashing in or whatever, it's what it is, and football sometimes is like this."

United will miss out on European football for just the second time in the last 35 years and that will bite hard as they will feel the full impact on the balance sheet.

Players like Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Antony are already on their way out with Cristian Eriksen and Victor Lindelof out of contract but they will likely be followed by many more.
