Liverpool are willing to take summer spending beyond £300 million with a highly-rated PSG winger and Newcastle's Alexander Isak firmly in their sights.

Liverpool are reportedly preparing a move for Paris Saint-Germain star Bradley Barcola, which could push their summer spending beyond £300 million.

Even after securing Bayer Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz for a British-record £127 million, the Premier League giants are looking to further bolster their attack. They are ready to compete with Bayern Munich for the £100 million-rated, 22-year-old winger.

According to The Sun, Liverpool also haven't entirely ruled out a move for Newcastle's Alexander Isak. Ideally, they'd like the 23-goal striker to spearhead their revamped attack. However, if Newcastle demand their reported £150 million asking price for the 25-year-old Swedish international, Liverpool will likely pursue other options.

Liverpool have already spent £29.5 million on Wirtz's Leverkusen teammate, defender Jeremie Frimpong, 24, and have allocated upwards of £40 million for Bournemouth's 21-year-old left-back, Milos Kerkez.

The prospect of Barcola joining forces with Wirtz, 22, and Anfield icon Mo Salah, 32, is sure to excite Liverpool fans. Barcola, Bayern's top target, has fallen out of favor in PSG's starting front three.

Bayern have openly expressed their interest in testing PSG's resolve to keep Barcola, whom they signed from Lyon for £38 million in 2023.

To generate funds, Liverpool are reportedly willing to offload the inconsistent Darwin Nunez, 25, and may also entertain offers for Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota, both 28.
