Jadon Sancho is unwanted by Manchester United but there are two Serie A clubs willing to offer him an escape route out of Old Trafford albeit with some conditions.

Jadon Sancho is reportedly attracting interest from Italian clubs Juventus and Napoli, offering a potential escape route from his disappointing spell at Manchester United.

The 25-year-old winger joined United in 2021 for £73 million after a successful period at Borussia Dortmund. However, just four years later, the club is reportedly willing to accept a £25 million loss on their initial investment.

Sancho has struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford, scoring just nine Premier League goals. A public disagreement with manager Erik ten Hag led to a loan spell back at Dortmund last season.

He then spent the most recent season on loan at Chelsea, where he scored in the Conference League final but otherwise had a mixed campaign. Chelsea declined the option to sign him permanently for £25 million, despite incurring a £5 million penalty for returning him to Manchester.

Will Sancho Be the Next Premier League Star in Serie A?

According to Sky Sports, Juventus and Napoli have explored potential deals for Sancho, who has just one year remaining on his contract. A move to Italy would likely require a significant pay cut for the player. While personal terms were reportedly agreed with Napoli previously, Manchester United's asking price proved a stumbling block.

Should Sancho join Napoli, he would play under former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte alongside several former Premier League players. Ex-United midfielder Scott McTominay was named Serie A Player of the Season, while former United striker Romelu Lukaku and Billy Gilmour also played key roles in Napoli's title-winning campaign, their second in 35 years.

Despite Sancho's previous success in the Bundesliga, Dortmund has ruled out a return, with sporting director Sebastian Kehl dismissing the possibility last week.

If Sancho remains at United without a new club by July, he is expected to be excluded from the club's pre-season tour of the US and will train separately at Carrington as manager Ruben Amorim asserts his authority.
