Harambee Stars head coach Benni McCarthy has opened up about his managerial ambitions, revealing the one club he has always dreamed of leading in the future.
Benni McCarthy enjoyed stints at top clubs in Europe as a player, and if given a chance, he would want to go back and coach Blackburn Rovers.
The South African native played for Blackburn Rovers between 2006 and 2010, and during that time, he scored 37 goals in 109 Premier League games.

“It is what it is, it’s politics. We’ll never know, but it is one of my biggest desires. I’d love to manage my former clubs. Blackburn, Porto, Ajax. You always want to give back to the club that gave you everything as a player.”
