Gor Mahia have sent an appeal to a section of their supporters who have a habit of forcing their way into match venues without valid tickets.
With the Mashemeji Derby just hours away, Gor Mahia are cautioning fans against expecting to force their way into the match venue without paying.
Gor Mahia host AFC Leopards in the Mashemeji Derby at the Raila Odinga Stadium in Homa Bay on Monday afternoon and there is pressure on K’Ogalo to win at their own backyard.
However, Gor Mahia are aware of the behaviour of some of their supporters who have made a habit of forcing their way into match venues without a valid ticket.

Mashemeji Derby: Time and Where to Watch as AFC Leopards Bid to End Gor Mahia’s Slim Title Hopes
Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards clash in the 97th Mashemeji Derby in Homa Bay on Monday and here is how you can catch the action plus what is at stake.
“Some people think they are so close to the club or youth so some of them are not ready to pay then they want to force themselves in,” Gor Mahia treasurer Gerphas Okuku told Pulse Sports.
What is Gor Mahia’s Message to Supporters?
“It is important to educate them because as much as you ask for accountability, we need to put in the money to account for. Some people are saying they need results, results mean you need also to invest so that the club has money to take care of the team.
“We will continue appealing to them to know it is important to pay for the stadium. Most of the time, you will find someone who has refused to pay for a Ksh200 ticket with a beer that costs Ksh300.
