The engagement came as the Gunners bottled up again in the league race.

Mobile service provider Safaricom hilariously responded to a tweep asking for help setting up a bottling firm.

The Telco asked Prince Mill whether he was supporting Arsenal, and the response came on the day Arsenal lost and handed Manchester City the title.

"Watu wangu Safaricom care, I want to set up a bottling plant, and I am looking for partners. Mtanisaidia aje [How will you help me]?" Mill tweeted before he received a response from Safaricom.

"Of importance, do you support Arsenal?" the mobile service provider added.

Meanwhile, the loss at Nottingham Forest all but ended the Gunners’ slim hope of clinching the title. Ahead of the kickoff, the London side was four points behind City and needed to win to keep the title race alive, but they went ahead to concede a 1-0 loss.

This defeat followed Arsenal’s previous loss to Brighton, which put their title hopes in massive jeopardy.

After the loss at Nottingham, Mikel Arteta said it was painful and sad, especially after the good run they had earlier in the season.

"Obviously, it's a really sad day for us after everything we have done in the season, but now we have to face reality," Arteta said.

"The pain is very intense. It's a very sad day because we have been working for 11 months with one aim, being on top for so many days, and building that enthusiasm.

"That belief and that quality that are necessary to compete against Manchester City, we've done it, but in the end we didn't have enough for many factors."

Meanwhile, Forest had just 18 percent possession against Arsenal, the lowest tally on record (since 2003/04) for a winning team in a Premier League match.

The Gunners failed to score in consecutive Premier League games for the first time this season. Indeed, they'd only failed to score in two of their first 35 games this term.
