Boniface Ambani introduced his 11-point plan, dubbed the “Starting XI,” which outlines a comprehensive strategy to modernize the club’s operations, elevate performance standards, and re-engage its vast supporter base.
The manifesto centers on four strategic pillars of modernizing the club’s brand, developing long-neglected infrastructure, enhancing fan and branch engagement, and establishing sound financial systems.
Among the AFC Leopards chairman hopeful's proposals are forming a competent and accountable leadership team to strengthen ties with governing bodies like the Football Kenya Federation (FKF), the Confederation of African Football (CAF), and FIFA.
Ambani further emphasized the need to build proper training grounds and professional club offices, and ensure that all development projects operate under transparent and audited processes.
