Henry Motego 

One of the most respected Kenyan football legends, Motego, who played at right wing or center forward, was a real goal machine, earning him a place in the list of the best Shabana players of all times.

Nicknamed Ndovu, Motego is considered as one of best Shabana players of all times due to technical prowess, footwork, and the joy with which he played the beautiful game.

Motego was the league's top scorer with 21 goals in the 1987 FKF Premier League, ahead of AFC Leopards' Francis Kadenge and Gor Mahia's Peter Dawo. 

Motego represented Kenya at the 1988,190 and 1992 Africa Cup of Nations and retired from football in 2000; exploits that makes him earn a place in best Shabana players of all times list.

Henry Nyandoro

Outrageously talented midfielder Henry Nyandoro represented Shabana between 1990 and 1996, culminating with an appearance at the 1992 Africa Cup of Nations, making him earn a place on the best Shabana player of all times list.

Nyandoro terrorized defenses regularly, was a quick and straight runner with the ball, and scored roughly 30 goals for Shabana during his time there.

Nyandoro lifted individual honors with the club, making him one of the best Shabana players of all times. Unfortunately, he died in 1998, two years after he had left the club.

Sammy Simiyu

Kamau particularly enjoyed it when Shabana played against other big teams like Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards.

Kamau was nicknamed Kasskass by Shabana fans as his game was regarded as alert, having the ability to sprint, leap, tackle, and head the ball, effectively making him one of the best Shabana players of all times.

Richard Otambo

Otambo was a Kenyan superstar during the 1980s, mesmerizing audiences with his sublime skills in the heart of the park at Shabana, making him earn a place in the list of the best Shabana players of all times.

Elijah Onsika

Sylvester Mageni

Mike Okoth 

Mike Okoth was a fearsome goalkeeper who played an important role in Shabana's legendary coach Akbar Khan's team, making him one of the best Shabana players of all times.

He had joined Shabana straight from Itierio High School and was part of the team that represented Kenya in the 1988 Africa Cup of Champions Cup.

Okoth started as a goalkeeper at Shabana before moving to the outfield and was part of the squad as Harambee Stars returned to the 1992 African Cup of Nations in Senegal.

Okoth also appeared in the 2004 Africa Cup of Nations and is regarded as one of the best strikers Kenya has ever produced, making him earn a place in the list of the best Shabana players of all times.
