Alejandro Garnacho has been told to look for a new club after falling out with Manchester United coach Ruben Amorim but where could he end up?
Alejandro Garnacho is preparing for his exit from Manchester United after falling out with coach Ruben Amorim.
Amorim was reported last month to have told Garnacho to his face that he should look for another club after getting fed up with his antics, coming a few days after the 20-year-old had hit out at the tactician for not starting him in the Europa League final.
Garnacho is now left looking for a new club and according to transfer news guru Fabrizio Romano, the Argentine is heavily leaning towards staying in the Premier League.

So, which clubs could offer Alejandro Garnacho an escape route?
Chelsea
)
Chelsea are the Premier League club who were credited with heavy interest in Garnacho in the January transfer window when it became known that he might not have a future at Old Trafford.
The Blues were reportedly keen to pay £55 million for the forward in January and have now received encouragement following United’s stance on the player with Jadon Sancho’s return to Old Trafford freeing up space on the wing for another exciting addition.
Napoli
)
Serie A champions Napoli are another club who were seriously interested in Garnacho in January especially after the departure of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain.
The club did not table an offer but now could be the time and there is a possibility of getting him for less as United find themselves in a position where they must sell.
Bayer Leverkusen
)
German club Bayer Leverkusen have emerged as another strong contender for Garnacho’s signature following the arrival for former United manager Erik ten Hag as Xabi Alonso’s replacement.
Ten Hag has got another job following his sacking from United last October and is keen to be reunited with the forward as he is the one who promoted him to the senior team with the player flourishing under him.
Tottenham
)
No reports have linked Tottenham to Garnacho yet but they are a club that could offer him an escape route given they are in need of attacking replacements.
Tottenham are due to bring in Brentford manager Thomas Frank as their new coach and he could turn Garnacho into a fearsome forward that could enjoy a great career in North London.
Atletico Madrid
)
A sensational return to where it all started cannot be ruled out for Garnacho. Atletico Madrid are the club that nurtured his talents, having learned the ropes at their academy before United lured him to Manchester.
Diego Simeone could therefore do with the Argentine’s talents and there is not much adaptation that would be needed as Garnancho knows the club and speaks the language.
