Swiss sportswear brand, On, has announced the addition of Doris Lemngole, Marion Jepngetich, and Joy Naukot to its growing Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) roster.
The NIL roster is a move that strengthens its already deep Kenyan talent pool, which includes Olympic marathon bronze medallist and two-time Boston Marathon champion Hellen Obiri.
The three standout track, field, and cross country athletes have already turned heads in NCAA competition, and their arrival in the On family signals the brand’s commitment to backing world-class talent from Kenya from collegiate tracks to global podiums.

Libby Davidson, NIL Athlete Manager at On, expressed her excitement, saying: "We're excited to announce that Doris, Marion, and Joy have signed NIL deals with On.
“This partnership is a testament to their exceptional talent and perfectly aligns with our commitment to innovation and performance. We're thrilled to welcome them to the On family and can't wait to support them on their journey ahead."
Doris Lemngole
She claimed the 2024 Outdoor NCAA 3000m steeplechase title, 2024 NCAA Cross Country title, and most recently, the 2024 NCAA Indoor 5000m and outdoor 3000m steeplechase crowns.
A recent Bowerman Award finalist, Doris Lemngole, set a new collegiate steeplechase record of 8:58.15 and was named USTFCCCA Lance Harter Collegiate National Athlete of the Year for Cross Country.
Marion Jepngetich
Marion Jepngetich, the world under-20 300m silver medallist, has wasted no time making an impression on the NCAA scene since joining the University of New Mexico in January.
Competing in the 1500m, 3000m, and 5000m, she finished fourth in the 2025 NCAA Outdoor 5000m final and took second place in both the 1500m and 5000m at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships.
Her smooth transition from international junior competition to the elite NCAA stage hints at even greater performances in the years to come, and On looks set to give her the tools to make that leap.
Joy Naukot
Joy Naukot, a sports management major at West Virginia University, is already being hailed as one of the brightest new talents in NCAA distance running.
In her freshman year, she became a First Team All-American, was named Big 12 Women’s Newcomer of the Year, and placed third in the NCAA Outdoor 10,000m championship. She also claimed second place in both the 3000m and 5000m at the Big 12 Championships.
Following in Hellen Obiri's Footsteps
By joining On, Lemngole, Jepngetich, and Naukot will now share a brand with Hellen Obiri, who has successfully transitioned from track dominance to road racing glory while inspiring the next generation of Kenyan athletes.
With Obiri’s proven example, the three young stars will not only have elite gear and support but also a model for turning NCAA success into long-term global achievement.
