Thomas Tuchel wants €90m rated Barcelona star at Bayern Munich next summer

Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel has identified Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong as his priority target for next summer, according to reports.

Tuchel has been in the market for a defensive midfielder to partner Joshua Kimmich, and failed with moves to bring Declan Rice and Joao Palhinha last summer.

According to El Nacional, via Sportskeeda, Tuchel has now turned his attention towards Netherlands and Barcelona star Frenkie De Jong, reviving his club's interest in the 26-year-old.

 Bayern Munich are aware of the financial problems that have engulfed Barcelona in recent years and are confident that a fee of around €90 million should seal the deal.
