Kenyan striker Ryan Ogam has finally been unveiled by Austrian club Wolfsberger AC following his signing during the summer transfer window.

Ogam joined paid ranks abroad when he agreed a deal with the Austrian Bundesliga side after one impressive year at Tusker FC.

The striker managed 15 goals for the Brewers and took it a notch higher when he starred for Harambee Stars at the 2024 African Nations Championships, managing two goals in five matches in August, before adding three more in two World Cup qualifiers against The Gambia and Seychelles this month.

After almost one month of waiting, Ogam has finally landed at his new base and he was welcomed in style when the club posted a video on social media showing fans in Kenya and Austria asking his whereabouts.

When Could Ogam Make Wolfsberger Debut?

The striker then pulls up in a car after which he says: “Hi, I am Ryan Ogam, here I am,” announcing his arrival.

Wolfsberger then revealed that the Kenyan striker will wear the No.11 shirt as he begins a new chapter of his career in the European country.

Ogam has been prolific in the last one year and his new club will hope that he hits the ground running with their next game being at home to LASK on Saturday September 27.

Wolfsberger are currently fourth on the 12-team standings with 11 points from seven matches, six behind leaders Rapid Vienna.
