Last season, Eduardo Camavinga missed four spells for Real Madrid, mainly due to muscular problems.

A groin injury sidelined the Frenchman for Real's last nine league games, as well as the Nations League finals with France.

Madrid did not give a timeline for the 22-year-old's return. The club open their Liga campaign on 19 August at home to Osasuna.
