2023 Netball World Cup: She Cranes continue to attract corporate partners

The partnership was meant to be unveiled on Tuesday but was pushed to Thursday before it was put on hold until further notice.

But this website understands that the negotiations are in the advanced stages, only waiting for the appropriate launch date.

Once unveiled, Uganda Airlines will join Plascon, who are the other sponsors of the She Cranes ahead of the World Cup.

The details for the partnership are still scanty, but Uganda Airlines are expected to be the official transport partner for the duration of the World Cup.

The two joining the She Cranes' nest is a massive boost for a side that has time and struggled for financial support to facilitate their World Cup preparations.

The team is camping in Lubowa and trains in Nakirebe, trekking 60km daily.

At the World Cup, the She Cranes are in Group D alongside Singapore, New Zealand, Trinidad, and Tobago.
