Kenyan striker Michael Olunga marked his debut for Al Arabi with a goal as his side played out a 2-2 draw against Al-Wakrah in their opening Qatar Stars League fixture at the Al Thumama Stadium on Friday evening.
Olunga, who joined Al Arabi on a free transfer from Al Duhail at the end of the 2024/2025 season, was a constant threat in attack. The Harambee Stars captain registered four attempts on goal—two on target—won three of his five ground duels, and created one key pass during his full 90-minute outing.
He was also named man of the match for his efforts, and will be hoping he can carry on the momentum onto future matches/
