The 27-year old, who played a key role in helping Bristol City reach the Premier League promotion playoff semi-finals, was drafted into the Harambee Stars squad in June 2024.
Belgian top-flight club K.A.A. Gent has expressed interest in Bristol City defender Zak Vyner, with the academy graduate is entering the final year of his contract at Ashton Gate.
Gent, who finished sixth in the Jupiler Pro League last season, are admirers of the 28-year-old. Vyner played every minute of Bristol City's Championship campaign last season, a key part of the Robins' first top-six finish in 17 years.
He was one of only three City players to achieve this feat, alongside captain Jason Knight and goalkeeper Max O'Leary. Vyner also played the full 90 minutes in both the Carabao Cup and FA Cup matches.

'She Showed That I Should Have Stayed Longer' – Usain Bolt Pays Heartfelt Tribute to Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce
Usain Bolt paid a touching tribute to Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, admitting her enduring greatness made him feel he retired too soon.
A product of the Robins' youth system, Vyner made his first-team debut in a 2-0 victory against MK Dons in February 2016, starting at right-back under then-manager Lee Johnson.
After loan spells at Accrington Stanley, Plymouth Argyle, Rotherham United, and Aberdeen, Vyner cemented his place in the Bristol City first team. He became a regular starter under both Dean Holden and Nigel Pearson during the 2020/21 season.
Vyner has made 234 appearances for City in all competitions, scoring four goals. Two years ago, amidst reported interest from Luton Town, Southampton, and Rangers, he signed a new three-year contract.
Vyner was drafted into the Harambee Stars squad by then former Kenya coach Engin Firat, but the documentation for his clearance was never completed, and as a result, he remains uncapped by the nation.

5 More Linked With Bristol Exit
Several other key players are also entering the final year of their contracts, including Anis Mehmeti, Mark Sykes, Max O'Leary, Haydon Roberts, and Sam Bell. The club has already secured new three-year deals for fellow academy graduates Cam Pring and George Tanner.
If Vyner doesn't sign a new contract, this summer likely represents Bristol City's last chance to receive a transfer fee for him before he becomes a free agent next year.
Despite needing reinforcements up front, especially after Nahki Wells' departure, manager Gerhard Struber has a wealth of options in central defense. Rob Atkinson's contract has been extended after a successful loan spell at Portsmouth.
The club also has the option to extend Rob Dickie's contract. Luke McNally impressed before a knee injury in February, and promising youngsters Jamie Knight-Lebel and Josh Campbell-Slowey are highly regarded. Additionally, Pring, Tanner, and Haydon Roberts can all play centrally.
