Yanga have strengthened their attack by signing the Ivorian League's reigning MVP on a two-year deal ahead of the new season.
Young Africans SC (Yanga) has bolstered their attack with the signing of Celestin Ecua, the Ivorian Premier League's reigning Most Valuable Player (MVP).
The 24-year-old striker joins from Zoman FC on a two-year deal and is expected to arrive in Dar es Salaam shortly to finalise the transfer and begin pre-season training.
Ecua had a stellar season on loan at ASEC Mimosas, scoring 15 goals and earning the MVP award. He joins a potent Yanga frontline that already boasts Clement Mzize and Prince Dube, who scored 14 and 13 goals respectively last season.
