Tore Bobe have prepared for a crucial showdown against Ulinzi Stars, seeking their second win in the FKF Premier League.

Shabana FC is gearing up for what promises to be an exciting showdown as they seek their second victory of the Football Kenya Federation Premier League season.

On Sunday afternoon, they will face off against Ulinzi Stars at the Ulinzi Stars Complex, and the stakes could not be higher for both teams.

Shabana's recent form has been a rollercoaster ride, exemplified by their 2-2 draw against Nairobi City Stars at their home ground last weekend.

Tore Bobe's captain, Peter Ogechi, exudes confidence and determination as he looks ahead to the upcoming clash.

"We had a game last weekend where we played to a draw, and we felt that we could have earned maximum points, but we went home with just one point," said Ogechi.

"Morale is high, and everyone is excited ahead of the upcoming clash. We are confident that we will secure maximum points. I encourage the fans to come in large numbers, as their support motivates us to win. This Sunday, they should flock to the stadium and rally behind us."

Shabana currently find themselves in the 14th position on the league table, with six points accumulated from seven matches.

Their opponent for the day, Ulinzi Stars, holds the 12th spot, just one point ahead.

A victory for Shabana would not only provide a much-needed boost to their season but also propel them into the eighth position, a considerable improvement.

In contrast, Ulinzi Stars enter the match following a 1-1 draw against KCB FC in their previous game.

Although they struggled with the absence of key players Clinton Omondi and Peter Wafula due to fitness concerns in the match against the bankers, Ulinzi Stars will be relieved to have a full squad at their disposal for the upcoming fixture, with no suspension concerns to contend with.

Shabana, on the other hand, face some challenges of their own. They are likely to be without the services of Silas Shihemi, who continues to work on his fitness.

The forthcoming clash between Shabana and Ulinzi Stars carries extra significance as it marks the first meeting between these two sides.

Shabana's promotion to the FKF Premier League after 17 years in the lower leagues has added an element of novelty and anticipation to this encounter.
