Lampard snubbed former Super Eagles stars  Victor Moses, Mikel Obi and African legend Didier Drogba in his top three highly rated Chelsea’s teammates.

What Lampard said

Lampard praised Eden Hazard and named him in the top three of his highly rated teammates.

Eden Hazard said goodbye to Chelsea with a superb performance in the Europa League final against Arsenal

He said, “He's at the top of the tree, in terms of ability on the ball and awareness and skill. I think with Eden Hazard he has the edge. He can do anything at top speed.

“He's a world-class player and I want to see him kick on and do it regularly as he's doing this year in years to come. I think he'll be seen as one of the best players in the world.”

Lampard also commended Zola's "great awareness, great skill" and Di Canio's impressive ball control.

“(Paolo) Di Canio was probably the first one I played with who had that ability. Gianfranco Zola, one of the best I played with. Great awareness, great skill,” he added.

Despite playing with many talented players during his Chelsea career, Lampard believes these three stand out for their technical ability.

Hazard, a key player in Chelsea's success during Lampard's era, won two Premier League titles and two Europa League trophies with the Blues.

Zola, a Chelsea legend, played a crucial role in the club's development, while Di Canio remains a cult hero at West Ham where Lampard started his career.
