Kenya Police made history when Brian Okoth’s header saw them down Shabana to win their maiden FKF Premier League title in Machakos.
Kenya Police secured their first-ever FKF Premier League title following a 1-0 victory over Shabana in their penultimate game of the season at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Sunday.
Brian Okoth scored the all-important goal when he headed in 15 minutes from time to hand the law enforcers all three points when just one would have been enough to do the job.

It has been a quick turnaround for Police whose big spending has finally paid off as they needed just four years to be crowned champions, having come close twice before since they became a Premier League team.
The title win ends Gor Mahia’s stranglehold of the title as K’Ogalo’s slim hopes were ended despite their 3-2 victory over Ulinzi Stars on Sunday and the two sides will clash in the final match of the season with Police with the title in the bag.
