OFFICIAL: Government Officially Hands Over Kasarani Stadium Ahead of 2024 CHAN
The Government has officially handed over Kasarani Stadium to the 2024 CHAN Local Organising Comitee ahead of the continental showpiece.
The teenage midfielder’s rise has been one of the few positives for Kenya’s U-20 side, who exited the AFCON after finishing last in their group. Kenya began with a 3-2 loss to Morocco, fell 3-1 against Tunisia, and closed with a spirited draw against Nigeria.
Ochieng’s ability to dictate play from midfield reportedly caught the eye of multiple scouts, including representatives from European and North African clubs.
Should he ultimately choose to honour the pre-contract with Pyramids, Ochieng would become one of the youngest Kenyan players to secure a move to Egypt’s top division.
