Julien Alfred has disclosed some of the conversations she had with the fastest man alive, Usain Bolt, during their brief meeting at the Diamond League Meeting in Oslo.
Julien Alfred has always been vocal about looking up to Usain Bolt, and meeting him for the first time was a dream come true for the Olympic 100m champion.
In Oslo, Julien Alfred was making her 100m season debut, and thanks to meeting Usain Bolt, she was motivated to make a mark in the race, clocking 10.89 seconds to win the race ahead of Marie Josée Ta Lou-Smith and Dina Asher-Smith.

Following her victory at the Diamond League Meeting in Oslo, Julien Alfred revealed that the race was more of a training session to gauge where her body is as far as the 100m is concerned.
It was Julien Alfred’s first 100m of the season, and according to her, everything went as she had expected. She revealed that going forward, she will be looking to work on her finishing.
“I have no complaints, I’m healthy, and that’s all that matters. As long as I have a great execution, because that’s what I’m working on, nothing else matters. I’ll continue working on the last part of my race because I think that’s where things fall apart,” Julien Alfred told Athletics Weekly.
