When they beat me, they can talk — Yamal fires back at critics after Copa victory

Lamine Yamal was one of the best players on the pitch as Barcelona defeated Real Madrid 3-2 to win the Copa Del Rey.

He delivered two assists, including setting up Ferran Torres for the winner in extra time.

Speaking after the game, the teenager declared that they were superior to Real Madrid this season and Los Blancos could not beat them no matter what they did.

His comments did not sit well wit a section of the Spanish media and indeed fans of Real Madrid, who slammed his perceived arrogance.

Yamal has now responded, via quotes posted by Fabrizio Romano, saying,

"As long as I'm winning, no one can say anything to me”.

“They can’t say anything to me. When they beat me, then yes!”.

Yamal will be hoping to continue his remarkable form as Barcelona take on Inter Milan in the Champions League semifinal on Wednesday night.
