West Ham Star pulls out of Ghana squad for friendly against Uganda
West Ham United attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus will not feature in Ghana’s upcoming international friendlies.
Kudus has pulled out of the Black Stars’ squad due to shoulder discomfort from the Hammers’ 1-1 draw with Aston Villa in the Premier League at the London Stadium on Sunday.
The above means that the 23-year-old will miss the friendly games against Uganda and Nigeria in March.
He joins the likes of Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey and Athletic Club Bilbao’s striker Inaki Williams who requested to be left out of the squad to regain full fitness following recent injury struggles.
Otto Addo’s charges will play against their West African rivals Nigeria at the Stade de Marrakech in Morocco on Friday, March 22 for their first friendly match.
