Watch Randy Waldrum's team round off training ahead of Revelations Cup opener

The Super Falcons have now rounded off their multiple training sessions ahead of their Revelation Cup opener against Mexico on Wednesday.

Nigeria is alongside 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup participants Colombia and Costa Rica and hosts Mexico, teams to participate at the four-nations invitational in Leon.

The Super Falcons will open their time in the competition with a game against Mexico's women on Wednesday, February 15. The game kicks off at 11 pm Nigerian time.

The one-week invitational tournament is expected to serve as part of the Super Falcons' preparations for the 2023 Women's World Cup campaign in July.

Nigeria are in Group B of the Women's World Cup with co-hosts Australia, Olympic champions Canada, and the Republic of Ireland.

After Mexico's game, Nigeria will on Saturday, February 18, take on Colombia, and then play Costa Rica in their final fixture next Wednesday (Tuesday in Mexico).

The other two fixtures are scheduled to hold by 8 pm and, by midnight, respectively.

"I think these (the Revelation Cup) are games that hopefully, we can do some of the things we've been working on, and some of the things we're trying to prepare for, for the World Cup," Super Falcons coach Randy Waldrum.
